Listen to Rock Marathon Programming Via the Archive
By WTJU
WTJU’s 2025 Rock Marathon aired Monday, April 7 through Sunday, April 13. You can continue to listen to the diverse programming at wtju.net/recent-shows for two weeks after each program’s broadcast date.
The donation box never closes and gifts will continue to count toward the Marathon as long as the programs are available. You can also watch the videos of the live concerts at WTJU’s YouTube page.
WTJU will host a Rock Marathon donor thank-you party on Sunday, April 27th, 1 – 3 p.m. at the WTJU Stage. You can pick up your thank-you gifts, tour the studios, and enjoy refreshments with your favorite WTJU DJs, staff, and local music lovers.
Whether you’re outside mowing the lawn, planting flowers that deer will probably eat, or staying inside mainlining antihistamines, WTJU Rock is bringing you a life-affirming celebration for our music-loving community.
Please give today! Help keep your favorite Rock DJs curating and spinning tunes that the algorithms can’t replicate. WTJU’s Rock DJs have been hard at work curating a rousing mix of freeform Rock programming. Tune in to WTJU 91.1FM in troubling times to find community and camaraderie. Plus, we’re airing four live concerts, and you’re invited to be a part of the studio audience!
- Wednesday, April 9, 8 p.m.: The Black Beat Live with Leslie Scott-Jones, EJ Trice, and premier local musicians at the WTJU Stage
- Friday, April 11, 8 p.m.: Unmastered Masters, featuring Pavement member Steve West, at The Looking Glass at IX Art Park
- Saturday, April 12, 8 p.m.: local favorite Sally Rose and her band Shagwüf at The Looking Glass at IX Art Park
- Sunday, April 13, 2 p.m.: a Music Resource Center showcase at the WTJU Stage
When you donate $80 or more, we’d love to thank you with a 2025 Rock Marathon tote bag or t-shirt. (Two color options available!) This year’s artwork is by Erin O’Hare, host of WTJU’s “Black Circle Revolution.” Learn more about her process HERE!
