WTJU Puzzle Hunt
Each March, WTJU Puzzle Hunt is a huge, cerebral puzzle that spools out across downtown Charlottesville. It’s open to everyone and free to participate (though donations are encouraged).
Modeled on the Post Hunt in DC (back when the Washington Post used to do fun things), the annual WTJU Puzzle Hunt takes you on a wild afternoon running around trying to untangle mutliple diabolical, large-scale puzzles inserted into the urban landscape.
WTJU Puzzle Hunt is most fun with a team of your friends. Teams can be any size, but we suggest 3 – 6 people.
Puzzles will take you throughout downtown Charlottesville, eventually landing back at IX Art Park for the End Game.

Charlottesville-Albemarle Black Business Expo
The Black Business Expo supports and celebrates local black-owned businesses, taking place in conjunction with our local Juneteenth celebration at the Jefferson School African American Heritage Center. It is a FREE event designed to celebrate and encourage the success of black-owned businesses locally and beyond. It is open to everyone to attend.
Since 2017, the Black Business Expo has featured vendor booths, business panel discussions, a pitch contest, and live entertainment for people of all ages. The Expo is organized by Lifeview Marketing and JSAAHC, with promotional and production support from WTJU.
