WTJU snags THREE state broadcasting awards!
We’re pleased to report that WTJU won THREE trophies this year at the Virginia Association of Broadcasters conference. We won for:

Best Station Promo for “Car Donations: Cat.” The inimitable Don Harrison continues to work his award-winning magic. Listen here. Oh, and donate your old car to WTJU!
Outstanding News Series for “Pulitzer: the Future of Music” by Sarah McConnell and the With Good Reason team. WGR submitted this award through WTJU as its base station.
