Will Evans & His All Star Jazz Band at Offbeat Roadhouse, Aug 16
Trumpeter Will Evans and his All Star Jazz Band (Michelle Oliva, bass clarinet; Joseph Nichols, upright; Daniel Richardson, drums) will pull into Offbeat Roadhouse on Friday night, August 16, from 8-9 for a concert which will also be broadcast on WTJU. Rumor is this is his final big concert before he heads off to New York City, so this is a concert you don’t want to miss!
Sure you could listen on the radio (91.1 FM) or on-line, and even video stream it, but concerts always sound better with you as part of the studio audience.
Offbeat Roadhouse takes place each Friday night from 8-9 (doors open at 7:30) from WTJU’s new performance venue, conveniently located at 2244 Ivy Road in Charlottesville (right next to Vivace Restaurant). There is plenty of parking, so come on out to the roadhouse!
