LeeBangah, local hip hop artist, visits Bamboo on the Moon Oct. 18

On Monday, Oct 18, 2021, DJ Trey P hosted local hip hop artist, LeeBangah, on Bamboo on the Moon.
LeeBangah recently released his single, Hot Boy, and has a forthcoming new album titled No Favors. They discussed his new album, upcoming shows, work ethic, and more.
LeeBangah is known for his passionate performances and his positive engagement in local community. In 2017 he rolled out The Vinegar Hill Story, a song and video focusing on the once thriving Black community that was demolished in Charlottesville in the name of urban renewal. A dedicated father, LeeBangah’s love of family and community is expressed in songs such as Gave it My All and Ugly Dance.
Bamboo on the Moon airs every Monday night on 91.1fm and streaming on wtju.net. The show will be available from the WTJU recent show archive for two weeks after air time.
