Host Profile: Ciclamino

Name: Bill Pemberton

Radio Name: Ciclamino

Show: Midnight Confession, Tuesday, 11 p.m. – 1 a.m.

How long have you been a host at WTJU? Approximately three years

Why did you become a WTJU host?
Wanted to do it way back to the 80s when I was undergrad. Finally found myself in a position where I felt I could do it.

Why should someone tune into your show in particular? What do you want to share with the world?
I try to go all over the map musically. Hopefully I put together a show that combines well while including different genres and timeframes.

Favorite moments in the air studio?
When others comment that they heard and liked some part of a show.

How has it felt being a radio host during this pandemic?
It was pretty weird at first, but now it’s just normal.

What are your passions outside of music? Bicycles, sewing

Why does WTJU matter?
The community.  It seems we’ve a pretty big and pretty great one.
