From December 1st – 7th, WTJU hosts will guide you through an amazing variety of classical music during the Marathon — everything from Renaissance dances to the latest compositions. Experience music that enchants and music that soothes. Thrill to an extraordinary performance of Wagner’s opera, Lohengrin and bring the week to a stirring climax with a special Sunday evening broadcast of Messiah.
The fundraising goal for this marathon is set at $45,000 to meet this year’s budget. Help us keep the station, the extraordinary musical library and the presentations of the Classical music you love vibrant and better than ever by making a generous contribution – or two! – during this wonderful full week of glorious Classical Music.
