If you are interested in volunteering for WTJU Radio behind-the-scenes, rather than on the microphone, we have opportunities! Help us to maintain all the efforts of this growing non-profit community organization. All ages welcome and prior experience not required! WTJU provides excellent educational opportunities for those that want to learn about radio operations, live concerts, non-profits, community collaborations, and more.
Behind-the-scenes volunteers can be involved with a number of areas including:
Tech assistance during live shows
WTJU info tables at community events
Set up and tear down of special events
Administrative and website assistance
Fundraising Marathon phones and mailings
Public Service Announcement writing
