Sunday Screening of Salad Days at Violet Crown

WTJU and Hello Goodbye Records are pleased to partner with the Violet Crown Charlottesville to present Salad Days: A Decade of Punk in Washington, DC (1980-90), Sunday, November 10, at 2 p.m. The film explores the heyday of the punk-music scene in the nation’s capital. It was a decade of seminal bands like Bad Brains, Minor Threat, Government Issue, Scream, Void, Faith, Fugazi, and more. For its anniversary, the film will be shown throughout the world, including right here in Charlottesville.
