Join us for Opera in the Park – June 20 at IX Art Park
As the summer ramps up so do our plans for the fourth annual Opera in the Park presented by WTJU!
This FREE event takes place at IX Art Park (522 2nd St SE, Charlottesville) on June 20 for a display of Charlottesville’s finest opera. “Doors” at 6:30 p.m., performance at 7:00 p.m.
Sit back and take in popular arias and some from the Charlottesville Opera’s stock, plus some pieces from their season, including The Tragedy of Carmen.
Picnics, food trucks, beer & wine. Plus a special menu and beverages by North American Sake Brewery, selling special Bento Boxes and Charcuterie & Cheese Boxes for two.
Proceeds benefit WTJU and the IX Art Park.
