Touring Nepal with Tara Linhardt, November 18
Musician and educator Tara Linhardt first visited Nepal in the early 90s, and later produced a documentary and CD, The Mountain Music Project, seeking connections between the music of Appalachia and the Himalayas.
For the last several years, Tara has led tours to Nepal highlighting the music and arts of that region of the world. She will stop by WTJU this Thursday, November 18, during Folk & Beyond to chat about her next tour in March, 2022. Folk & Beyond airs Thursday afternoon from 4-7 (est) at 91.1 FM, and streaming at wtju.net.
