Discussion of Puccini’s La Bohème with Charlottesville Opera Director and Conductor

A Time For Singing host Xavier Taylor sat down earlier this week with director Stephanie Havey and conductor Enrique Carreón-Robledo to discuss the Charlottesville Opera’s rendition of Puccini’s La Bohème. Puccini’s La Bohème at the Charlottesville Pavilion is a visionary production set in 1960’s Paris that gives a contemporary perspective to this timeless classic.  It is is an abridged 90-minute production with no intermission.  There will be two performances, the first Thursday, June 24, and the second Saturday, June 26.  Both will start at 8 pm.
