Kevin Coleman brings American Primitive Guitar to the Stage

Nashville based artist Kevin Coleman will stop by WTJU this Saturday afternoon for a live session to close out Jumpin’ on the Bed. Kevin is currently touring behind his latest release, Imaginary Conversations.

Kevin Coleman is a boundless explorer within the world of American Primitive guitar music. The Nashville-based artist channels everything from Piedmont blues to Krautrock and Appalachian freak folk into his fingerstyle guitar compositions. Coleman has previously shared the stage with several giants and peers of the solo guitar world, including Max Ochs, Joseph Allred and Yasmin Williams. His upcoming full-length release on Centripetal Force Records is a seamless blend of earthen fingerpicking, eclectic mountain string music and synth-driven kosmische music.
