June 20 Gather ‘Round: Sarah Jarosz Trio

Gather ‘Round each Saturday night from 8-9 for WTJU Folk‘s concert series; both archived and live. There will be shows from The Prism Coffeehouse and VA Folklife archives mixed in with some from our announcers’ own libraries. And you never know when a live concert might pop up!
Tonight’s concert comes from the Sarah Jarosz Trio (Sarah Jarosz, Alex Hargreaves, and Nathaniel Smith). The trio performed at last year’s Red Wing Roots Music Festival, and Sarah returns to the festival this year with Sara Watkins and Aoife O’Donovan. Trent Wagler of The Steel Wheels (the hosts of Red Wing Roots Music Festival) will guest host Folk & Beyond on June 25 to share of his favorite acts who will be at this year’s festival.
