Jon Lohman visits WTJU, May 13
Virginia State Folklorist Jon Lohman will stop by WTJU this Friday afternoon, May 13, around 5 (edt) for a visit. Lohman is also director of the Virginia Folklife Program, and will be overseeing this Sunday afternoon’s Virginia Folklife Apprenticeship Showcase at James Monroe’s Highland. Jon will chat about some of the acts performing this Sunday, and perhaps even share a few recordings of those acts.
