Classical Fusion Artist Greg C. Brown Visits Classical Sunrise

This Friday performer and composer Greg C. Brown will join Michael on Classical Sunrise in the second hour of the program. Greg will discuss his visit to the Czech Republic last December and the resulting music, as well as his upcoming visit to Japan.  The hour will feature Greg’s music along with some of his favorite classical guitar pieces. Don’t miss it!

American performer, composer and recording artist Greg C. Brown has released over 25 CDs either under his own name or in various other projects. His most recent album, “Venezia” was released July 2024 and is a collection of original chamber music with musicians from around the world. He has performed across the US (including Carnegie Hall), Canada, and Europe including St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Dublin, Ireland. He has taught guitar professionally for over 30 years, including Mary Baldwin University and other private institutions. He is currently teaching privately in his hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia and Bridgewater College. Greg will be touring Japan during the Summer of 2025.
