By Lewis Reining

Meridan Mississippi native and Blue eyed soul singer, George Soule was a songwriter and session drummer on many fine soul releases in the ’60s and early 70s. We talk about how he got started as a local radio jock and his career at Fame & Muscle Shoales Sound Studio. We talk about the re-release of many of the demos he cut in that era on Soulscape Records.
