Films on Song are a post punk band who experiment in shoegaze, twee, and indie pop. They have a new album on the way called Dissection, an unpredictable trip full of apparitions and darkness. So far they have released 2 singles, Hollywood Was Right and Beige Dream. The former is a sardonic meditation on zeitgeist and the way it forms opinions. This leads to mediocrity in mainstream art becoming accepted and celebrated. Beige Dream explores uncertainty and ambiguity in everyday life, while our true selves and unadulterated thoughts live online.

Films will perform these songs as well as the rest of the album on this very special performance at WTJU, bringing their unique swagger and energy that is sure to entertain.
