This week Offstage, On-Air welcomes Rachel Kuipers Yonan, co-founder and creative director of Marinus Ensemble. The discussion will revolve around the upcoming Marinus concert, Luminous, Sept 29, at King Family Vineyard. Anchored by Mozart and Schumann’s Piano Quartet’s, the music traces the evolution of the piano quartet as a genre. Rachel Yonan enjoys a rich and varied career as recitalist, artistic director, commentator, and champion of chamber music. She has appeared as a soloist and chamber musician in concert halls across the United States, England, Switzerland, Italy, and China.
