WTJU Presents Opera in the Park, June 28

WTJU is delighted to once again present the artists of the Charlottesville Opera for a FREE evening (6-8:30 pm) of Opera in the Park. This is the third year we’re putting in on at IX Art Park (522 2nd St SE, Charlottesville), and it just keeps getting better. Bring a picnic blanket or a lawn chair. We’ll have food trucks, beverages and ice cream available. Sit back and take in popular arias and some from the Charlottesville Opera’s stock, plus probably some pieces from their summer season: Into The Woods and the Marriage of Figaro.
