John D’earth delves into Jazz Exploration, Jan 31
John D’earth will stop by WTJU this Thursday evening, January 31, at 5:30 (eastern) to chat about the One-Day UVA – Jazz: Exploring the History and Music program.
The event will take place on Saturday, February 23, at UVA’s Pavilion Vii (Colonnade Club), and feature both D’earth and Scott Deveaux helping us to “hear as jazz musicians hear.” The afternoon program includes dinner followed by a concert that evening at Old Cabell Hall featuring D’earth and the UVA Jazz Ensemble.
