"Bob Marley... Live Forever" on Reggae Vibrations

  Bob Marley... Live Forever
on Reggae Vibrations
Friday February 4, 2011, 2-4pm

Friday, February 4th, as part of "Reggae Vibrations'" annual Bob Marley Celebration, we will be presenting Bob Marley... Live Forever, a one hour syndicated program that features interviews with Rita, Damien and Rohan Marley, as well as Marcia Griffiths, biographer Vivien Goldman, and Doug Gebhard (a music journalist) present at Bob's last concert performance at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

That particular concert is the crescendo of the program, from Pittsburgh's Stanley Theater in Sep 1980, which includes "Exodus," "Could You Be Loved," "Redemption Song," "No Woman, No Cry," "Jamming" and more, from the pinnacle of his career.

The show is produced by Joyride Media (Paul Chuffo and Joshua Jackson) and hosted by Punk icon Jon Langford (Mekons, Waco Brothers, WXRT's Eclectic Company) - the same team behind the popular Iggy & the Stooges Raw Power special and the Joe Strummer's London Calling radio series.
