Atlantic Weekly Heads Back to the Charlottesville City Market, Aug 25

Atlantic Weekly at City Market

Saturday, August 25, 2012

8 am to 12 pm

Atlantic Weekly will be back at the Charlottesville City Market this Saturday morning, August 25th.

Joining them at the broadcast table amidst the hustle and bustle of vegetable vendors, delicious food preparers, and makers of one-of-a-kind crafts:

  • Brock Napierkowski Fiddler, music teacher at the Blue Ridge Irish Music School, and street performer will be playing during the Buskers! Segment

  • Sibley Johns will stop by to talk with us about the Charlottesville Music Resource Center and the important work they are doing with teens in our community. She’ll bring with her one of those talented teens, Aimee M., who will play a song.

  • And of course the Atlantic Weekly at City Market crew will bring you regular features like “What’s in the Bag?” and a conversation with their old friends, the ladies from the Canning Cooperative.

It’s all on Atlantic Weekly at City Market this Saturday morning from 8:00 to Noon.
