WTJU Presents Co-Operative Jazz Trio, Aug 24

WTJU joins the Charlottesville Jazz Society in presenting co-operative jazz trio 10³²K (pronounced 10 to the 32nd K) in concert August 24 at the Jefferson School African American Heritage Center.  The group features trombonist Frank Lacy, who is a member of the Mingus Big Band and has performed with Art Blakey, McCoy Tyner and others. Kevin Ray plays bass, and Andrew Drury is the percussionist.
